Though some cases of ringworm problems in humans may be severe, the majority of cases are mild and can be made well with a topical cream. Ringworm problems in humans are frequently found in the groin and feet area. Fungus grows optimally in these wet and warm surroundings. Luckily, both of these two areas can be treated with a topical antifungal ointment. To put on the ointment, wash the infected area properly. Dry the location with a paper towel and let air dry. Wait until the area is fully dry, then put on a thin layer of the antifungal agent to the region. If you sweat in the area, or if the area somehow gets wet, it is often best to change underwear or socks. Most antifungal agents are to be applied twice a day, but check the label for the directions.
You may have read the washing requirement label on your pair of socks. Most of the time this label will tell you that the socks are dry-clean only. While it is true that you can dry clean your socks, there is an equally safe and effective way to do it at home. There are a couple things you want to avoid doing to your cashmere, including exposure to excessive heat, powerful detergents and rough handling. Refrain from doing these things and you will increase the longevity of your socks. Agitation and rough handling can result in deformation of the material. Once the cashmere socks are deformed, there is no turning back. A deformed sock can feel uncomfortable and not fit well, and run down the leg.
